Terri consistently goes above and beyond for our patients and our staff. She kept the night shift afloat while I was off on maternity leave. She is always willing to help me with projects, new hires, students, externs, and anything else I might throw her way. She cares deeply about our patients and their success, as well as the satisfaction of our staff. I receive compliments all the time from patients, her coworkers, and the ortho PAs.

Her experience is critical on night shift to help us gain and retain new staff. She is a wonderful part of our team and I'm not sure we would survive without her. When ortho implemented their new trauma order set, she created job aids regarding them, and trained each new traveler that came to the 8th floor. This was to ensure nothing fell through the cracks that could delay great patient care. She is a fabulous nurse and I am sooo thankful to have her on our team! She is key to the success of our night shift. She is extremely deserving to be recognized for her hard work and continued dedication.
