Geri was there when my husband was admitted to the Emergency room and then swiftly to the OR. She was the stability I needed at a very anxious, confusing, unpredictable time. She explained the progress of care (even in the upset time of COVID) what was happening and what to expect. My question – What should I do now? Stay in the hospital lobby? Whom do I call? I’ve never been here before – please tell me what to do. She stayed with me, went for water and a bathroom break for me, found out about his progress, and reassured me of his progress. She is invaluable! In such an intense situation, she was like a guiding light – steady and helpful.

I have spoken to anyone I meet about the fantastic care we received during this episode. The ER care and rapid surgery completely saved his life. The ICU was well managed and did a complete and perfect job. The follow-up care has been outstanding! Many calls to make sure instructions were clear, meds were being taken, and Doctor’s appointments were made and kept. Thank you one and all for comprehensive care.

Thank you Geri for being the anchor in my storm. Like an angel, she was there for me (the other patient) when an unexpected emergency occurs. My husband has recovered so very well from this stroke.
