Late April 2022, I was frantic. I had to administer IV meds at home for the very 1st time. I called the hospital on the 25th floor. I spoke with Nurse Saranya and I told her about my situation. She went out of her way to help me; she had an iPhone and I had an android. I am very hands-on so I needed her to watch me to make sure I was doing what she instructed. She talked to me through her break, downloaded Google duo, and assisted me step by step. We are so grateful to have people like her. Thumbs up, Kudos, to this 5-STAR nurse.
