Thank you so much, Si for your excellent care and kindness towards my mom! There were so many moments of kindness and above the normal care standards that we saw when you were my mom’s nurse. You truly listened to my mom when she spoke about her body and her concerns. You always treated her with respect and not like she was an inconvenience. I appreciate your firm, yet extremely compassionate interactions with my mom. You really seemed to know when she needed your ear to listen or if she needed your firm motivation to do what she needed to do. Mom has had many medical issues over the last few weeks. I’m so grateful that you took the time to listen to mom when she was in pain. Before you became her nurse, my mom had been in pain, complaining, and eating less and less. Once you became her nurse, you took the time to listen to her, and after further investigation on your part, you discovered what was causing her pain and issues. You took the time to figure out what was going on, and with the correct diagnosis, she was able to obtain the correct meds, to remedy the issue. Thank you! Thank you again for your kindness to my mom and support to my entire family! You are a nurse that goes above and beyond! You made a difficult situation, more bearable.
