Sara is phenomenal at what she does. What she possesses is what everyone should be trained on in school. I thank God for putting Sara in our lives. She became "family" for me. She was always there to listen to me, sit with me when I cried, honor my questions and "look into things" I asked of her. Sara honored me so respectfully when I sat with her to advocate for me husband's care. Regardless if the conversation was about an "issue" or if I was simply "venting", she came alongside to hear and help me.

The first time I met Sara was actually to speak about some questions I had about my husband's care. Sara sat with me in a conference room and gave me her undivided attention, which you all know is so incredibly difficult when their phone is ringing requiring them to be in two places at once. Sara validated what I was saying, took notes, and told me exactly how she was going to check into it and fix it. Sara connected to me personally, speaking about when she advocated for her father and validated what I was doing as my husband's advocate. She made it a point from that very first meeting back until our last hug goodbye to be there for me and my husband in every single way possible.

When we came back the second time, I was not surprised that Sara was now the Clinical Coordinator and House Supervisor. This is a woman who needs to be in a leadership position. What she can teach everyone around her is not found in any book or school and is what every career needs more of.
