Jeff may or may not know this, but I do believe he was there with me every single time I went to IR. It was Jeff, R, and my doctor. The Dream Team for sure. I spent a lot of time there in a 2-year period due to my port having to be placed in my leg. Jeff is a very special person. I completely trust him with my care. He is intelligent and he knows what he is doing. He also has some very important qualities that I believe cannot be taught. Jeff has sympathy, empathy, humor, and most importantly, he listens to his patients! When I am in his care, I know I will receive the absolute best care there is. I feel safe when he is there. He makes me feel like I am the only person in the World that he has to help. He is honest and I love the fact that we can crack a joke and laugh. For people like me who are already going through such a stressful situation, he makes me smile. I spoke with him on the phone after my 2nd appointment. He just happened to answer the phone. He listened to my concerns, and answered questions, and made sure I was ok before we got off the phone. He gave me his number at the hospital for if I ever needed anything or had any more questions or concerns, I could call him, and he would help with whatever he could. He is such a special person and I hope he knows how important he is.
