When I was admitted to the day surgery unit, I needed someone's support because I was so nervous and scared. It took a while before I did. I was worried. I had no idea how the procedure was performed. Yes, the doctor explained to me a bit but even though, I did not feel reassured. When Sister Reham came she noticed that I was very nervous, so she patiently explained to me again, how the doctor would perform the procedure and what I would feel during and after. She assured me that it would only take a few minutes to complete. I could find nothing but a nurse who was so friendly and compassionate and prepared me for the operation that was scheduled for me. With her kind words, support, and elegant style, she made me very comfortable in this situation. Her attitude toward me and her humanitarian work were perfect.
