I came with my mother for her surgery and I was so scared but I was acting fine in Infront of my mother, so she wouldn't be scared. The thing that gave me the power to overcome my fear is an angel named “Noreen” with her big, warm, lovely smile. She said “don’t worry. Your mum is just like my mum and I will make sure she is ok”, this was a relief to me. When the time came and they called my mother to go to the operation room, Noreen held my hand and gave me the power to get through the moment and walk with my mum until she entered the operation section. After the silence of waiting, Noreen came to me and ordered me a coffee. I still remember the warm feeling I got and will never forget it. Noreen will always be a DAISY Nurse in my heart.
