My grandpa was seen in the Emergency Department after being well his entire life. While waiting for a bed on the floor, Cayla has been his nurse overnight. From the moment she walked in, I knew grandpa was in great hands. She has truly cared for him like he is her own grandfather. We had to leave for a few hours and when we came back, we found that she had put on some oldies music to comfort him while we were gone! Not only has she been sweet to him, but she has genuinely heard every concern and has been on top of his care. I can't thank her enough for taking such good care of him and keeping him comfortable!
