Laurie is one of the most professional, compassionate, hard-working, and positive nurse I've ever had the privilege to know and work with. Laurie not only shines in her role as a circulating nurse, but she is also a talented scrub nurse. Her skills in both areas of peri-operative nursing make her a valuable resource to all. Laurie never hesitates to pitch in to help. She is frequently requested to change from one case to another or to change roles from circulator to scrub; she does this competently and without complaint. Laurie's positive attitude and sunny disposition are very much appreciated in the operating room and is a good influence on all. Laurie also picks up call shifts whenever needed. Her genuine care and concern for the patients she serves is evidenced by her willingness to do whatever is needed to ensure a positive outcome for our patients.
