She is simply the most selfless human being I have ever met.
Vickie was far more than the best RN I have ever had! She was so positive and energetic and it was contagious. She helped me to get a patient liaison involved with some issues I had with some bad care. Outstanding with patients and her interpersonal skills were above average. She made me feel safe and secure, very healing and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good about her.
***
Vickie is the definition of being a nurse. She is kind, meticulous, and always even-tempered. You never feel like you are a bother to her. She is a team player to ensure that patients are receiving the best care and so that her coworkers feel supported. I have never seen her leave a room without tying a bow of love on them. Thank you Vicki for being you and I am inspired by your kindness. I am lucky I have gotten to have you on my team.
***
Vickie continuously goes above and beyond in her dedication to all patients. If Vickie sees a patient in need she will drop everything to provide that patient with the highest level of care. She is simply the most selfless human being I have ever met. She took me under her wing as a new grad and made a point to check in with me throughout each shift. She is a wealth of knowledge, a fountain of energy, and an absolute treasure of our unit. Thank you Vicki for all you do. It does not go unnoticed!
Note: This is Vickie's 3rd DAISY Award!
