Jen is long overdue for the recognition that she deserves. Jen is always ready with a kind word of encouragement and is prepared to help any coworker in need. In fact, Jen will pitch in and offer to help without needing to be asked. Her work ethic is outstanding. She goes above and beyond what is required of her. Jen is flexible when assignments need to be adjusted. She has the willingness and the expertise to care for our most vulnerable and complicated patients. Jen has years of experience and knowledge to complete very thorough assessments and act as a resource to others. Jen exemplifies the core values of our institution. Her integrity is unquestioned. Her care and respect for both her patients and coworkers make her a joy to work with. She is pursuing her master’s degree in addition to working and raising a family. What I love the most about her though is that she is genuine. Her kindness and compassion come directly from her heart without pretense. I truly admire and appreciate her.
