Cindi is a dedicated RN. At the same time, she makes her patient and family feel like old friends. She is very efficient and open to questions of patients. When worried about something, she would help rate it or compare it to something. For example, I was scared about the amount of blood in the bowel movement in the toilet. She gave reassurance when she compared what it's like when you put a drop of food coloring in a cup of water. During my blood transfusion, she reassured me of the importance of building my hemoglobin back up. She also gave a number of ranges of concern and ranges to strive for. This helped me a lot not to over-worry and think of the worst case scenario. She always validated our questions and concerns. She had a great balance of professionalism and being real friendly.
