She is a born mentor with an enduring impact on the nurses she works with. She inspires, coaches, and guides others with compassion, clarity, and purpose.
Role model for compassion and exemplary practice - I'm 33 female who came for intervention radiology radio frequency for thyroid nodule. I was in fear of receiving treatment under local anesthesia only. My Nurse made it all easy by wearing a procedure suit, helping me with positioning, and preparing for the procedure, her hands were always calming me down and supporting me when the pain was felt, really, I felt like my sister was beside me. I finished the procedure smoothly with her sincere help.
Role models behaviour perceived as extraordinary- She goes above and beyond her duties as manager and will often help in the clinics when needed. She extended her work duty and I have personally seen her stay late to help with a difficult situation.
Creates an environment that fosters care & compassion - She engages and empowers her staff to act with heart and purpose. One of the best practices she emphasized was, “If you want people to take committed action and put in superior performance, you must Connect, Assist, Respect, and Explain with your patient every step of the way.
