Aseel has been working in the Endoscopy Unit since 2018. She has been described by her peers as hardworking, caring, and thoughtful. She always reassures the patients when they are frightened and explains the procedure to them in a way they understand. Because of her passion, kindness, and professionalism, she was nominated by not one but two patients.

One patient said he would like to thank Nurse Aseel who answered his questions concerning the procedure. Aseel always had a smile on her face when she was explaining, she never showed that she was annoyed or irritated. Her patience and support were a comfort to him during this anxious time. She was described as being one of the best Saudi Nurses he has met.

Another patient said that Aseel is a good image of a Saudi nurse, and encourages other nurses to follow her example when dealing with patients. The patient described Aseel as an excellent nurse, who is compassionate, caring, and kind. She always showed empathy and kindness, which exceeded my expectations.
