My mother was admitted for critical care which turned into end of life. Janine, from day one, went above and beyond to provide care for my mother and took all steps necessary to make sure she was comfortable, and that all issues were attended to as soon as possible. She was full of compassion, care, empathy, understanding, and professionalism. She made a connection with my mother and me, as well as other family members, and made us feel as if we were cared for like we were a member of her family. She made sure that my mother’s wishes were followed and when the decision was made to end life, made it as seamless as possible and enabled all near family members to be able to come in and say their final goodbyes and share love to make that transition the best possible.

Janine went above and beyond making my aunt feel like a person and not just a number. Her first priority was always her patient. That being said, she made her family a very close second. From meeting our specific coffee needs (LOL) to bringing us pillows to keep us comfortable. She has definitely found her calling and deserves more than our thanks or even an award nomination. She made a very unpleasant situation not only bearable, but it was like she was a member of the family. Her encouraging words and communication with us were phenomenal. I want my last days to be overseen by her or someone just like her. I can’t say enough; there are no words.
