Robin has excelled not only in patient care, but also in supporting the providers and the practice in general. Our practice has gone through several changes over the last few years, and Robin has been a steady and reliable presence throughout the time. She is always on top of regulations and requirements when we go through changes and has prepared the office and everyone involved for any survey coming our way.

As for the clinical support, she regularly reviews and prepares charts for the upcoming days making sure that the patients are properly referred or scheduled, and checks the medicine cupboard and supplies to ensure we have everything needed to take care of our patients at Linden Oaks. Should a need arise during any clinic visit, she is more than willing to provide any assistance and very often gets praise from grateful patients/family and providers. You can surely see that our satisfaction survey has numerous positive feedbacks from the grateful patients for the care and compassion provided by Robin.

She has developed a great skillset as a nurse of outpatient PM&R practice and is eager to suggest any improvement that could further help our practice. She has a great professional demeanor toward her colleagues and we truly appreciate her communication skill among the group. She proactively reaches out to providers and administrators when there are issues that need to be addressed, and always keeps all the discussions professional.
