Amanda has a wonderful passion for her job, her work, and most importantly her patients. She is always making sure the all the patients are safe and receiving the proper treatment. Her care and compassion for her patients is exemplary. Amanda's excellence in her clinical skills are always on point. When she sees something that doesn't seem right she is quick to act to resolve any issue. She serves her community as a very active member of her church. She has the utmost respect for her patients. Amanda is kind, caring, and compassionate to her patients as well as families that come in to the center. Even behind a mask you can always bet that she is carrying a beautiful smile. Amanda is an integral member of the team she works with, always the first to answer any alarm at any chair within the center. She helps the other nurses by taking patients that aren't hers off the machine to help others catch up. She cleans machines for others or will take patients out to the waiting room or to there families who are waiting patiently for their loved ones. Amanda is a true DAISY because she is an excellent nurse, but even just as important a wonderful human being who cares deeply for patients and is the most caring and compassionate nurse there is.
