The patient was in our care with COVID-19 and passed surrounded by her loving family. The patient's son was very appreciative of the care provided to his mother and his entire family. He wants to acknowledge a very special nurse whom he will never forget as he felt she was an angel, the nurse is Ruth, RN. During the patient's last hours, Ruth asked the family if she could pray with them, they said yes, so she did. She also had some very caring and encouraging words for the family, she kept providing caring care to their loving mom and family. The patient's son said he truly felt that Ruth was the angel on this side to help transition his loving mother. The family agreed that Ruth was so compassionate and empathetic. They were extremely grateful to Ruth for comforting all of them during this difficult time.
