Agnes was my nurse after a long day recovering and working to make sure my baby was fed, I was hitting a wall with worry. Agnes could see this and she helped me not only nurse but did not flinch when I said that I thought I needed to supplement with formula. She then saw how tired my husband and I were and offered to take the baby for a few hours. This was key! We both got the sleep we needed. My baby got all the stuff done in order for us to leave later that morning. She was also bathed. Agnes brought her back and helped me again to nurse. She knew what I needed more than I did. She truly was the unsung hero of the overnight shift team to me!
