Cheryl was my day nurse. She was so caring and did not ignore my questions concerning my care. Whenever I needed her, she was there. I had heart issues and she made me feel like I was her only patient. I had no water for over a long period of time due to ordered tests. She called to check on when my tests would be done and kept me informed. My tests were not done until the middle afternoon but she kept checking for me. When I returned to my room she had lunch and water for me. The little things like answering my daughter’s questions and making us feel like I was truly in good hands made my hospital stay much better. She is the best nurse I have ever had and I wanted management to know that she goes above and beyond. We need more like her in the hospitals.
