Crystal was so very patient with my mother. She helped her for over two days. My mom had a rough time with her meds and one day my mom had an accident and ripped out her IV. Through it all, Crystal didn't seem frustrated or annoyed. She dealt with my mom with such kindness and my mom can sometimes be a little difficult. She also answered all of my questions and my experience wouldn't have been as easy without her.
