From the time we walked in the door we felt welcomed. I just want to express my gratitude and thanks to one nurse. I was having a very emotional day and when my husband went back to get prepped for surgery, I became very emotional. Kelly let me go to the room with him, she talked to me in a mild and sweet voice, put her arms around me, and hugged me like I was her best friend. I knew my husband was in the best of hands. I never felt like we were treated as a business commodity, not once. All the staff in your facility were the best, and my husband commented on it several times, but Kelly is still thought about. She made me feel so safe and I knew my husband was in the best hands. You can never go wrong with people who make you think and feel like you are the only one they will take care of all day.
