During the course of my 9-day stay in a hospital, Sergio always took the time to explain everything going on with health care, tests, and treatment to myself and my wife and sister-in-law. Always had a smile for us and never made us feel like we were a bother. Nurses like Sergio should be recognized for their bedside manner with patients and families. One word for Sergio…. Excellent!
