Provided overview of what to expect from Eloquis, Rx & coupons. Educated me on deep vein thrombosis, PE, and the complex fears of the right Medial Meniscus. We discussed the pain in the knee and what I could expect, materials of medical records, and phone numbers if I needed anything. Mine was a meaningful experience. My 1st rodeo with pain, blood thinners, blood clots and being immobilized. She heard my fear and provided empathy and impeccable service. She hits the road running. She knows where to go and whom to talk to for results. I left the hospital with a plan for my recovery and an appreciation for her go-to moves. She is great and her thinking is exceptional
