I would like to recognize Kendra Rabalais. I have seen her growth and how she has taken on responsibilities over the last 3 years. She has grown expeditiously. I have seen her overcome some personal challenges and she continues to show up. I want to commend her for her leadership as the staff nurse council Chair and for her leadership in spearheading the incivility workshop. She has assisted radiology as a nurse of integrity, and I see her leadership and willingness to learn as we go forward with vascular intervention cases. Kendra has been very supportive and faithful to the hard work in IR. As a fellow nurse and her senior, I am proud to celebrate her growth, integrity, leadership, and compassion as a nurse. Thank you.
