When my son was upset, Sam kept his cool and then calmly spoke to my son and worked through the issue.
Sam was so inviting and full of warmth, he took time to interact with my daughter while caring for her. He was patient and how he engaged with my daughter was genuine.

My son was hospitalized after throwing up almost every day for 11 days. When my son was upset, Sam kept his cool and then calmly spoke to my son and worked through the issue. My son has an intellectual disability and it can be hard for him to understand reason, but Sam dealt with him beautifully.

Sam went above and beyond trying to get pain medication for my granddaughter; he wouldn’t give up trying to contact someone until he got an answer. The nurses treat my granddaughter and myself as they were treating family. I thank God they were here, I shall always be grateful.
