April is the kindest and most endearing person, she has true love and compassion for her patients. She would sit and talk to my mom like she was her own mom. She was super gentle and got on my mom’s level and always tried different meds to help adjust her pain level. She knew all the things that my mom liked and disliked. She would stay in the room with her as long as she could. She never rushed in and out. She called my mom "sweetheart" and would tell her she loved her. She was so comforting and we never had to worry about her leaving for a break. She treated us like family. By far would go above and beyond for her patients and their needs.
