When you see Chester coming onto the unit to start his shift, he already has a cheerful positive vibe that shows with his caring voice. He's a great team player who always volunteers to help his peers no matter how busy he is with his patients. He's the first person to answer the call lights, always informative with his patients, and gives his team members the encouragement they need to support them when they are busy with their team. When you get a shift report from Chester he is very thorough doing it at the bedside and checking skin breakdown as well.

Chester has received multiple Mercy Touch compliments from his patients and he is their cheerleader with the goal of their recovery. I humbly nominate Chester as an awesome nurse because no matter how busy he is he always gives you his attention to listen to your thoughts whether you're his patient or his peer.
