Austin started at St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor (Now Trinity Health Ann Arbor) on 8 East as a new grad. He consistently demonstrates concern for his patients' safety and well-being. He quickly became a leader and role model on the unit for his calm and reassuring approach in all situations.
