Billy has gone above and beyond for handling multiple complex cases. Billy was always there to advocate for his patients. All the while, teaching a new nursing student despite numerous attempts by myself, his patient, Billy constantly refused to take a meal break. Instead, Billy stayed around waiting on doctors to round, so he could advocate for his patient. It was obvious the ICU doctors value his opinion due to his closeness to his patients, technical knowledge, and general care. I was truly lucky to have him as a caregiver. It seems he is truly one who cares for his patients. Billy also went the extra mile in educating me, his patient, on a variety of subsets.​
