Hailee was an exceptional nurse to my mother. Hailee was kind to my family and clearly communicated the severity of her illness and end-of-life needs for my lovely mother. My mother had ALS and was in her final days of life when Hailee compassionately cared for her. Hailee coordinated with the physician and pharmacy for medications upon discharge. Hailee also coordinated home transportation by ambulance. During this time of grief, Hailee was kind to my father. My family greatly appreciates her gentle words to my father. Hailee will likely see this kindness as “doing her job”. However, as a family member, she showed love and kindness that meant the world to my family.

Nursing is a specialty that requires medical expertise and compassion. Hailee exemplifies the PETAL traits. Hailee was selfless in her care of my beloved mother. Healthcare needs more nurses like Hailee. My mother wanted to die in the comfort of her home. We are grateful your team was able to work quickly to make her final wishes a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Additionally, my mother LOVED working with everyone at CRH. She thought of everyone as family.
