Having never experienced a hospital stay due to an injury, Meagon made for a better stay by explaining the procedures, and drugs, and being at my beck-n-call for my personal needs which made me comfortable with the care I was given top-notch. She exceeded every expectation I had with my post-surgery aftercare and I feel like I gained a friend during my stay.

In her first year, Meagon Persing has been recognized as “An Up-and-Coming Shining Star”. She exhibits the qualities we would all want in a caregiver for ourselves or our family members. She exhibits patience, is kind, and compassionate, and can remain calm and make clear and concise decisions in urgent situations. Her peers thoroughly enjoy working with her as she always has a smile on her face and is a great team member. She is a welcome addition to the Medical-Surgical team and has a bright future!
