Kerry also took time to help us with bottle feeding, which was a huge obstacle in our way, and was able to successfully get him to take a full feel.
From the moment I met Kerry I knew immediately, she genuinely cared for our son who was in the NICU. We had been there for about a week, and we were struggling with having our son there. Kerry went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and answer any questions we had during our stay in the NICU. She was patient with our son and reminded us serval times that he was maturing at his own pace, and he just needed a little extra time. She was a positive light during a troubling time and was able to reassure us he was making progress.

Kerry took the time to get to know us and our story. Kerry also took time to help us with bottle feeding, which was a huge obstacle in our way, and was able to successfully get him to take a full feel. Her expertise was evident, and we appreciated how she advocated for our son. We arrived at the hospital to find she had made us a sign that included our son's footprints. It is now hanging in his bedroom and is a sweet reminder that he had a nurse who loved him dearly when we could not be present. This loving act meant so much to us. Kerry cared; she loved our son and was truly his cheerleader. She celebrated every little improvement that had helped us as his parents to feel a little more at ease. We could never really express how thankful we are for her during our NICU stay.
