As a patient in the hospital, often I am intimidated, nervous, afraid, and usually uncomfortable. It isn’t often as an adult that I am in a position that leaves me fully dependent on another adult. Heidi is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. When she walks into my room, I am calmed and comforted, and she really knows how to connect with her patients. Not to mention the knowledge level and attentiveness of this woman are incredible! She pays attention to detail and makes sure all is taken care of properly. Thank you, Heidi!
