The patient wanted to commend the entire hospital staff, but particularly those on the 630 pod. After discharge, this patient continued to remember Cindy Wiles and her kindness and patience toward her. The patient explained that the way Cindy talked and explained everything that was going on was very assuring. During her stay, Cindy was her tech one night and her nurse another night. She said it was nice to have her in both aspects because she felt everything was 100% covered. The patient had complete confidence in what Cindy was doing and how she explained it. The entire team was excellent, but Cindy was surely a special nurse she'll never forget.
