Tiffany is always polite, caring, willing to help, and compassionate. She responds to my concerns in a timely manner. She always explains things in a way that I understand. She makes appointments around my schedule, not hers. When she assists Dr. K she maintains sterility; she is a very high-quality professional whom I depend on just as much as I do Dr. K. She communicates with my niece and caretaker when needed and is very thorough in explaining the information that needs to be relayed. I have experienced this level of care and compassion for the many years I have been a patient of Dr. K.

Dr. K and Tiffany have taken care of me for 18 years. They are very compassionate! Tiffany is very efficient! She answers my calls, and questions and is very prompt with replies. She has never been unkind even when I have been upset and needed help as far away as South Carolina, where I recently fractured L1, L2, and L3 in my back! Tiffany is always polite and friendly. She is always ready to help. During the past few weeks, Tiffany has gone out of her way to ensure my upcoming surgery will have no issues. Tiffany made phone calls to my surgeon and his staff to ensure all paperwork was in order from the doctor. With her dedication to her job, all procedures for the surgery are set.
