I have had multiple times where I just need to vent, and I know she is always someone who will gladly listen and then try her hardest to fix the issue.
I could probably write a novel about all the amazing things she has done for me. She goes above and beyond every time she cares for me. She always has a smile on her face when she walks into the room and her aura takes over bringing so much joy. I have had multiple times where I just need to vent, and I know she is always someone who will gladly listen and then try her hardest to fix the issue. While being here alone, she gladly advocated for what I needed which puts my mom at peace. Natasha also told me how to actively advocate for myself without feeling like I am arguing. This was the stay of the last 24 years that I confidently tried it, and it’s all because she taught me it’s okay to speak up for myself as it’s my care. Growing up in a hospital I have always wanted to be a nurse, but Natasha has been the only one that I aspire to even just be half as amazing as. She deserves all the recognition in the world. LPCH is extremely lucky to have someone like Natasha who represents how amazing the staff on PCU 400 is. This is my way of appreciating her, so I hope you consider her.
