I, myself have been in this hospital many times and I have to say that the nurses were always so nice but Jenn was outstanding. She was so caring, compassionate, and cheerful. My boyfriend is not a fan of hospitals but he did tell me that he felt Jenn treated him like a king. He always smiled when she walked into the room and it made his stay a lot easier. He just will truly miss her mentally and physically. She loves her job because you can tell she truly cares. He said out of 5 stars she deserves 10 stars or more! She was always very positive and had a good attitude.

Even one morning he got frustrated because he wanted to go home. Jenn calmed him down until I got there. She definitely knows her job but she went over and above to make sure he was comfortable and was very compassionate when he got upset! We will miss her and anybody that gets her as their nurse will be blessed.

I was admitted and as soon as I got to my room, Jenn was there. She was very kind and patient, which helped with my anxiety. She did her initial assessment, asking all the appropriate questions. She truly listened to me and paid attention to my concerns. Instantly she worked on getting me comfortable and focusing on pain management interventions she could do while waiting for medication orders to be entered and verified. Between her knowledge and compassion, I felt safe and cared for. She is truly in the right profession as she is caring and compassionate. She was just as kind to my family members and made sure their questions were answered as well. She is a true asset to 2 North and to Riverview.

I had the pleasure of having Jenn as my nurse twice. Jenn is thoughtful, friendly, and welcoming. She prioritized my comfort, such as calling engineering to lower the temperature in my room when unable to find me a fan. She went above and beyond expectations to help me rather than simply giving up on the first go. She is a diligent and dedicated nurse, in addition to being lovely company. She is conversational, joyful, and simply wonderful to be around, making an effort to get to know me and each of my visitors. At my most uncomfortable, Jenn sincerely cared about improving my morale as well as my health (both at which she excelled at). Jenn is a lovely nurse and person.

My mom has been a patient in the hospital for 5 days; Jenn has been her nurse for 2 1/2 days. The best 2 1/2 days of her stay! Jenn has been so good to us during our stay. She would come into the room every 30ish minutes. This was very kind of Jenn and shows just how caring she is. She made sure she met all my mom's needs. At one point my mom was very anxious about a test she had to get done. Jenn went all the way down to testing with my mother. She asked the people giving the test if my mom could have her own music playing during it and stayed with her to help keep her calm. When Jenn came back upstairs she took the time to let me know how everything went when she was downstairs. During my mom's stay, she changed rooms. Jenn still came to visit and asked how my mom was. This was very heartwarming since she was no longer my mom's nurse. Jenn made us feel so comfortable during our time here.

She was exceptional in every way. Was always on time and considerate of all my needs. So professional and also very kind. She also treated my family with so much respect and answered all my questions. Riverview is very lucky to have Jenn as a nurse. She does her job exceptionally and with Pride. She made my experience exceptional! She was simply the Best!
