Brittany was nominated by a patient for making his entire experience excellent. He stated that Brittany was the first nurse to greet him from the waiting room. She was kind, soft-spoken, and explained everything and made him feel calm. Due to her excellent nursing care, he had the best overall hospital experience. He stated that they even shared laughs together.
