Every nurse that has come to the house, especially her, really went above and beyond to make sure dad was okay, that our questions were answered, and that we go the information from our doctors we needed when I had a hard time getting through to their offices. Tatianna has called and spent a bunch of time on hold making sure our doctors have the correct, updated information in their systems or getting answers we were having a difficult time getting. Having a loved one in the hospital or rehab and sick is an extremely stressful time for them and their families. These past two months have been horrible for us in that respect but NYU Langone Home Health Care has really taken some of the worry and pressure off of me as my father's caregiver knowing that I have them looking out and for me too. With how the world is, unfortunately, today, especially with healthcare it makes me feel really good to know that the team you have working for you truly cares about their patients. So as much as it makes me sad that our time is coming to an end with you. I'm grateful for the exceptional care my dad received.
