Julissa is very down-to-earth and very caring. She communicates well with the patient and parents. Julissa made us feel very at home during my son's hospitalization. She listened to my son and worked with him on his treatment, making it a team effort. We were very lucky and blessed to have Julissa as our nurse. She is simply the best.
