Judy was so tolerant, kind, and compassionate to me during my husband’s prep for surgery. My husband and I came from Texas for surgery at JFK North. Not only did Judy shine in her daily duties, but she went above and beyond to make me comfortable for the long nine-hour day. She brought me a blanket after the waiting room was empty and I was the last to be waiting and still had several more hours to wait. She stayed late and made sure recovery knew I was still waiting and set up notification of my husband’s status to make the wait not so lonely and crazy not knowing what was going on and when I could see him. Her compassion and respect for my situation earned her a star for her crown. She made all the difference in my experience at JFK North.
