I want to take the time to give Luis recognition for the stellar nursing care he has provided to me today. He is exceptionally patient and serious about the role he plays in my recovery. I want to get moving faster than my body will allow. He took the time to explain the process with all PLCOM values: compassion, dignity, justice, integrity, and excellence. Luis took the time to sit and wait to make sure my pain pump was working properly. He has provided me with physical, mental, and emotional comfort. Above all he makes me feel safe. I am incredibly grateful for having him as my nurse during my journey. Luis has gone above and beyond to care for me. I am thoroughly impressed with how dedicated he is to his trade. He kept to his word every opportunity and kept me informed about all the details and what I should expect as to the “why’s” of his care for me. I give him a 10/10.
