Casie is always a bright light on the floor and is so fun to work with. She takes great care of her patients and will go to great lengths to do so. When I work charge and have a heavy workload, she will assist with charge duties without hesitation.

One night when she and I were both new nurses during a COVID Spike, I had an extremely critical COVID patient whom I needed to call (My very first) Rapid Response on. Casie was in the room with me assisting during this Rapid. She ran for supplies and helped to answer questions I didn’t know the answer to. She even helped pass medication on my other patient.

Another day she had a critical patient that required the majority of her time that shift and she handled every hurdle with ease as well as a critical new admission, and she offered to assist me with my patients on top of it all.

Casie is an extremely competent nurse who is beyond knowledgeable and will not hesitate to help anyone whether it be looking up a policy or changing a patient. I admire her and hope I can become a nurse of her measure one day.
