I'd like to thank Susie for the fantastic care pre and post-op. Susie takes the time to explain all procedures and questions and makes you feel comfortable with the process. You feel like you are her only patient when she is taking care of you. She took the time to make sure my husband was able to order food as my procedure was at noon. She helped me get my sweatshirt on under my sling to prevent it from rubbing on my skin. She even went the extra mile and helped put my hair up in a bun as she saw my husband struggling with that task. Susie is the best!
