Kathleen helped care for me and my baby with amazing care. It being my first baby, I was very scared and nervous! Kathleen was exceptionally helpful. She was kind, patient, and empathetic all when I needed it most. Kathleen was professional with care and also very personable. Helping me relax while talking about common interests. After my son was born she repeatedly checked on me and provided care in every possible form of the word. She asked questions and provided answers in a clear and calm manner. She made one of the scariest experiences of my life better and I am grateful for her care. Kathleen is going to get a Christmas card and an invitation to our family holidays.
