I received EXCELLENT care from Malinalli. She made me feel safe, secure, important and valued as a patient. Her demeanor was very, very warm and comforting which made me feel like I was her only patient, although I know she had more patients to care for. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability. For questions that she couldn’t answer she was quick to seek out guidance and direction from her fellow colleagues. Malinalli went above and beyond to make sure I was at peace and gave me great post-partum tips. If I were to rate the level of care that Malinalli provided to me I’d give her a 10! Better yet, I would give her a twenty (10 bonus points) because she was able to speak to me in my native language which eased my mind and helped me to feel at peace and worry-free when I was in her care.
