Over the phone, Stacie recognized a patient she knew well was not acting like himself and didn’t know where he was while in his car. She asked him questions about his surroundings to figure out his location and instructed him to stay where he was and put his hazard lights on. She contacted the police who were able to find him and get him medical attention while she stayed on the phone for support. Stacie saved this patient and others from harm.
