Every time she came into the room, she would always have such a cheerful demeanor. Her very presence assisted me in a much-needed recovery.
When I checked into the floor that morning from the start of her shift she was always smiling. Even though she had a mask on ALL DAY you could tell she was still smiling behind the mask. Later that day we found out this was her 3rd 12-hour shift in a row, and she was still smiling. WOW. Her attentiveness to what I needed and when I needed it was amazing. She always asked me what I needed and if I wanted anything. She gave me timing for options for Dr. prescribed pain meds to better help me. Every time she came into the room, she would always have such a cheerful demeanor. Her very presence assisted me in a much-needed recovery. She would take time to just talk when I wanted to talk rather than just being dismissive. She treated me like I was the only patient she had, even though I know she had many. Nothing good about being stuck in the hospital but when you have a person with such a good bedside manner, it helps so much. If we had more nurses like Hadeel, it would be amazing.
